These terms govern your use of the website at magpie.sa. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by MAGPIE Technologies (“we”, “us”), of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. What this website is

magpie.sa is an informational and marketing website. It describes what we do — workflow automation, AI agents, data pipelines and integrations — and gives you a way to get in touch.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide any service, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice you should act on without talking to us or to your own advisers first.

3. Using the site

You may read the site, and share links to it, for your own business or personal purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish, sell or redistribute its content or design, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission;
• use it unlawfully, or in a way that damages it, interrupts it, or degrades it for anyone else;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its endpoints, or any system connected to it;
• scrape or harvest it by automated means, other than by well-behaved search engine crawlers that respect our robots directives;
• submit anything unlawful, abusive, deliberately false, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use it to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or block access if the site is being misused.

4. The enquiry form

The contact and booking buttons on the site all open the same form. Sending it:

• starts a conversation, it does not book anything. A slot, a project or a price only exists once we have confirmed it to you directly;
• creates no obligation on either of us, and no contract;
• should not carry confidential information, credentials, or sensitive personal data — it arrives as an ordinary email. See the Privacy Policy.

Anything you send us that is not personal data — an idea, a suggestion, a description of a problem — we may use without restriction or payment. That is not us claiming your confidential material; it is why you should not send confidential material through an open form.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, layout, code, graphics and the artwork within it are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

The MAGPIE™ name, the Arabic form ماجباي, and the magpie device are our trade marks. An application to register the magpie device is pending before the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them.

The typefaces used on the site are licensed from their respective foundries and are not ours to sub-license to you.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. The site is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The site requires WebGL and modern browser features to display as intended; we do not warrant that it will render correctly on every device or browser.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for:

• any indirect or consequential loss;
• loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings;
• loss or corruption of data;

arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Links to other sites

Where the site links out — to a mail provider, a font foundry, or anywhere else — we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site from that moment on.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction.
